Terms And Conditions

In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions printed or written upon any other documents passing between us (including your purchase order) these terms and conditions shall prevail.

• No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless expressively accepted in writing by us.

• Goods sold by us shall remain our sole and absolute property until paid for in full.

• Payment for the goods shall be made within 28 days of the issue of an invoice and/or supply of the goods. Time of payment being of the essence.

• Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods leave our premises. You should insure the goods for loss or damage in transit as risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery.

• Any defect that is due to a manufacturing or assembly defect under normal use is covered by this warranty. This provision applies for a period of 6 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first.

• The warranty commences as soon as the goods are delivered.

• Damage or failure resulting directly or indirectly from the following is not covered:

• Fire, accidents or theft
• Abuse or negligence
• Misuse including racing and all forms of motor sport or overloading
• Fair wear and tear
• Defective installation and/or failure to follow manufacturers fitting instructions.
  
• Overheating
• Alteration or tampering
• Lack of proper maintenance including the use of fluids other than those specified in the owner's manual (proof of maintenance will be required)
• Water contamination

• Where a part is supplied on an exchange basis, the exchange unit must be delivered to us within the agreed period otherwise no claim will be entertained under the above warranty.

• Our liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the goods supplied is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective part or parts at our discretion.

• An extended warranty is available upon payment of an additional fee. Please enquire for details.

• You are advised to insure against any additional loss, damage or injury.

• An administrative fee of £60 plus VAT will be made if goods returned are found not to be defective, to cover attendant costs.
